POST-TENSION CONCRETE
Post tension concrete is a rigid, reinforced concrete pavement. The life span of a post tension concrete tennis court is double that of an asphalt tennis court. When rebuilding an existing tennis court with cracks and low spots a post tension concrete slab can go directly over the existing court. The advantages of rebuilding with a post tension concrete slab is the 20 year warrantee for cracking and with the concrete being installed over head, it greatly reduces the impact of the landscaping, masonry and trees. This is ideal for rebuilding a sunken court, the walls, steps and surroundings remain untouched with the concrete being pumped in overhead.
